Добрый день!

ОС - CentOS 6.4, установлена ISPmanager

Необходимо установить httpd-devel.

Но при попытке "yum install httpd-devel" - проблема:

Верно понимаю, что какая-то несовместимость с версией Apache?
Как это обойти?

(не знаю что такое ISPManager)
у тебя установлен пакет httpd v 2.2.25 (@mchost).
вполне вероятно из левого репозитория, который ты уже выключил.
а в текущих репозиториях ему соответствующего пакета httpd-devel - нету.

решение:
либо опускай версию httpd, либо подключайся заново к этому стороннему репу, и устанавливай с него httpd-devel.
