| Вакансия компании Adecco Client Adecco: Ericsson Responsibilities: Multimedia trainee will begin their Ericsson career with a 17 month program of international development and project work designed to position them as Multimedia specialists and enable them to be Multimedia pioneers; On the job training/ work assignments (in Moscow and other business units); Competence development specific to the job; Project assigned by BMUM MT (eg. a Solutions Area of Research. Can also be in areas like Culture, Eco-systems, Innovation); Customer ralated project of importance to home unit in an Emerging market; Customer related project of importance to home unit in a Mature market. Competence: Qualified at degree level (or equivalent); Demontrated passion for Multimedia - personal projects such as development of media content, internet sites or services or up to 2 years of multimedia revelant work experience; An active multimadia user - active participation in social media such as blogs or social networking; Up to speed on the latest developments and trends in multimedia; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, leadership, analytical mindset, business-minded; Proficient in Englisg with additional language skills beneficial.
