| The application landscape can be described as following: - 17 applications which are directly accessed by end-users globally - Multiple java applications in form of .jar files which represent interfaces to other systems in the bank, or also to external institutions like german national bank - Weblogic 10 Server in a clustered environment - EJBs in place to enable log-on functionality with authentication against LDAP server, and authorization of user rights against self-implemented user administration module Professional skills: - Minimum 3-4 years experience of J2EE application development includes design and implementation of the software systems, ad hoc bug analysis and application performance optimization - knowledge of Minimum 3 years experience with Struts and Spring frameworks - experienced with Java web Server development including Servlets\JSPs and EJB - experienced with Weblogic and Tomcal application servers (preferable Weblogic 10 and Tomcat 5+ ) - experienced with SQL and architecture of applications used very big databases (data warehouses as a big plus). - experienced with XML, XSDs, XSLT and processing engines - experienced with Java Script and AJAX - experienced with CVS, Eclipse and Ant (Maven as a plus) - experienced with multithreaded Java applications (clustered environments as a big plus). - experienced with a software test tools (JUnit and JMeter as a plus) Personal skills: - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Excellent technical design skills - writing technical design documents and UML diagrams. - Very good team player - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Pro-active and innovative - Quick learner - customer focused work contact: VShiryaeva@software-people.org |
