We are more than just specialists, we are experts. DESCRIPTION Currently we are looking for a Lead AEM Developer for our Gomel office to make our team even stronger. The Adobe AEM Developer will be responsible for the development of a OSGi components and services which mostly deal with Digital Assets. The candidate should have strong understanding of AEM Workflow Concept, Offloading Model. He/she has to be able to analyze and tune Java application performance. The successful candidate will play the Key Developer and performs a Development Team Lead role. He/she is expected to be self-managing, take technical responsibility for a subsystem or a whole project, work without supervision and test his/her work thoroughly using test cases. Requirements: - Experience in Java, JS, JQuery, XML, HTTP, and REST; - Deep understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag libraries, and JSTL; - Framework including Apache Sling for content-centric application development, JCR and Apache Felix for OSGi bundle development; - Experience in integrations development, including Adobe Illustrator integrations; - Experience in working within cross-location teams; - Good communication and analytical skills; - English of Intermediate+ level (ability to read, write, speak almost fluently); - Strong understanding of full lifecycle development process from requirements gathering to rollout, especially SCRUM; - Striving for excellence and best delivery ever, thinking in terms of product development.
