Друзья, может кто сталкивался с такой проблемой, модем Acorp Sprinter@56k Prime PCI , система Open SuSE 11.0, скачал с официального сайта драйвер (hcf-1.06full-free.tar.gz), он типа с ограничениями, установил, и он ключ требует, и система модем не определяет, возможно ли вообще подключить модем(внутренний) в Linuxе, друзья, подскажите пожалуйста, очень надо, спасибо всем заранее

Делаю все по инструкциям. Командую make install- все нормально. Дальше согласно инструкции надо запустить конфигурацию. Командую hcfpciconfig - и начинается... . Привожу дальше со всеми подробностями. [/lib/modules/2.6.22.9-desktop-1mdv/build] Ввожу эту строчку, что в квадратных скобках (такой путь у меня действительно существует) и получаю следующее: WARNING: the kernel version () defined in /lib/modules/2.6.22.9-desktop-1mdv/build/include/linux/version.h does not match the currently running kernel (2.6.22.9-desktop-1mdv) The cause of this problem is an incorrect kernel source path. На этом установка прерывается. Что не так - не могу понять.Люди подскажите пожалуйста что не так, и вообще возможно ли установить сей девайс под Linux

Драйвера в линуксе - это модули ядра, для компиляции нужно сначала установить исходники используемого ядра (в данном случае версии 2.6.22.9-desktop-1mdv) (из репозитория). Добавлено через 1 минуту ЗЫ Листинги лучше обрамлять тэгам "код" Код Они так лучше читаются

Дело не в этом, нажимал сто раз энтер- бесполезно, мож кто знает где поновее дрова можно найти по данный модем
