Добавляю Reference на библиотеку SharpLogic.Skype.dll. При первом обращении вываливается следующее исключение:

Could not load file or assembly 'SharpLogic.Skype, Version=1.0.2299.31885, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800736B1)

Запрос в гугле выдал на название твоей либы 6 (всего!) ссылок, из которых первые две приводят к http://www.sharplogic.com/blogs/ed/PermaLink,guid,d82b7ea4-7584-4ff1-8092-430f53bf6cc6.aspx, в коей сказано буквально следующее:
