Всем привет,
есть страница с использованием jquery и вызовом диалога
С какого-то момента стала выскакивать ошибка

TypeError: $(...).modal is not a function

Я взял исходный код и стал блоками вырезать html и js куски стараясь найти что вызывает ошибку

Вырезал все что мог - ошибка осталась

В jquery-ui-1.10.1.custom.js заголовке написано

То есть jquery.ui.dialog.js включен. На другой странице перестал работать аналогично tabs.
В чем может быть проблема?
