Вопрос собственно примитивный просто никак не могу правильно спросить у гугла. Как програмно определить заблокирован ли ПК или нет. Под блокировкой я имею ввиду сочетание клавиш Win+L или пуск->Блокировка. Заранее спасибо

To receive notification when the user logs in, use the WTSRegisterSessionNotification function to receive WM_WTSSESSION_CHANGE messages.
