Столкнулся проблемой: необходимо работать с транзакциями.
в конфиге прописываю

дак вот при деплои приложения получаю:

Подскажите в чем может быть проблема.

опять же если удаляю annotation-driven, то все деплоится но транзакции соответственно не робят |
