Добрый день!
Делаю согласно обучалке:
https://netbeans.org/kb/docs/websvc/jax-ws.html .

Запускаю проверку web сервиса и получаю exception:

schema_reference: Failed to read schema document 'CalculatorWS?xsd=1', because 'http' access is not allowed due to restriction set by the accessExternalSchema property.

Сразу нарываюсь на обсосанный баг:

Дык без проблем добавляю, даже в два места:
1)netbeans.conf

После перезапуска netbeans ситуация не измениалсь, тогда добавил и сюда:

2)GLASSFISH_INSTALL/glassfish/domains/domain1/config/domain.xml) and add the following JVM option element. You will need to restart the server for the change to take effect.

</java-config>
...
<jvm-options>-Djavax.xml.accessExternalSchema=all</jvm-options>
</java-config>

Итог, exception остался, сервис не запускается, подскажите в чем проблема?:
