Requirements:
•    Emphasis is on previous leadership skills.
•    Experience in link budget analysis for design and system validation purposes.
•     CCNP and/or CCIE certification.
•    At least 7 years of hands on experience with CISCO software and hardware, including routers, switches, riverbed, CCM and VoIP.
•    Proven experience in the application of network design, development and implementation techniques communications systems that involve a variety of hardware and software suites.
•    End-to-end knowledge of various access technologies, RF Systems and networking protocols.
•    Expert level experience and hands on working knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP).
•    Extensive experience with WAN technologies (MPLS, Frame-Relay).
•    Extensive experience with session border controllers, NAT/Firewall traversal, gatekeepers and call accounting techniques.
Main skills:
•    The right combination of relevant work experience or degrees in related fields.
•    CCIE certification.
•    Experience with VSAT RF measurements and troubleshooting.
•    Experience with Network Access Technologies including iDirect, Comtech SCPC and Carrier in Carrier technologies.
•    Able to communicate effectively via written and verbal mediums.
•    Excellent problem solver, flexible and able to accommodate changing priorities and directions.
•    Candidate must be able to interact effectively within all levels of the company.
•    Strong understanding of concepts and issues across functional lines.
•    Intermediate knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, RIP, OSPF and etc.).
•    Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and function with minimal supervision.
•    Intermediate expertise in IP network design and implementation using CISCO equipment.
•    Research and analytical skills with the ability to collect access and report factual data and present logical conclusions.
Comprehensive voice and data network engineering for a complex global enterprise network including the following:
•    Layer 2 including 802.1q, LACP, Spanning-tree, high-availability protocols.
•    Cisco load-balancing, network security, ASA Firewall and VPN.
•    Cisco Call Manager and Call Manager Express VOIP.
•    QOS for voice, video and critical data applications.
•    Netflow and packet analysis for provisioning, expansion planning, and problem-solving.
•    Large corporate datacenters and metro-area networks.
•    Global WAN MPLS network.
Responsibilities:
•    Contributes to the development of customer facing solutions in coordination with Sales.
•    Engineering team, working to ensure proposed solution is valid and supportable.
•    Ensure that all engineering parameters, needs, and client requirements are being fulfilled on a timely basis.
•    Provide 3rd level technical escalation support by providing end-to-end subject matter expert support for escalations from the Customer Support.
•    Assist in the development of a data and voice (VoIP) strategy that will provide carrier-grade data and telephony services over satellite or other wireless technologies.
•    Collaborate with other Network Engineers around the globe in the design and deployment of new services and/or enhancements to existing voice services.
•    Recommend technical solutions that will enhance, increase levels of redundancy and survivability, and add flexibility to existing global systems and network.
•    Assist in the development/refinement of the overall network security strategy and design.
•    Assist in the development of visualization and/or instrumentation that effectively depict the health and monitoring of telephony services.
•    Coach, mentor, train, and counsel team members to deliver the highest level of service to our customers.
•    Assist in strengthening Operations Engineering Team.
•    Provide specialist advice and assistance when operational network problems are escalated from the Technical Services department.
•    Design and deploy services that are derived from the network and not tied to a single facility or contain a single point of failure.
•    Assist to improve the availability and reliability of voice services provided across the network.
•    Assist in the development of visualization and/or instrumentation that effectively depict the health and monitoring of telephony services.
•    Comply with all HSSE policies and procedures implemented by Bell Integrator, customers, facility owners and/or vendors.
•    Support and promote a safe work environment that enriches the personal and professional lives of Bell Integrators employees.
