Добрый день!
Поставил windows server enterprise 2008 sp2, больше стаорннего софта нет.
отключил фаирволл, uac, обновился.
Ставлю: Oracle Database 11g Release 1 Client (11.1.0.7.0) for Microsoft Windows Server 2008 x64
