You shouldn't worry about that. You'll learn English Even faster than students do at University. But you might read some books on grammar if you want to. For example Verba "English grammar" is a good book for beginners.

Я бы сказал "I attend English courses". И настоящее продолженное тут не нужно, кстати.
Зачем -ing? Просто "I want to speak". Ну или на жаргоне "I'm keen on speaking". |

Official international language afaik is French ... Just French But for now we got lots of different staff from USA (also most of culture things) and just this language become useful for all. Russian ... Russian is language of those oil-workers , who damn are damn we damn are damn is ... So there is no point for Russian at all. |

No, it is the correct advice.
Wrong. A preposition never sets a tense. The tense is set by the main and some auxiliary verbs (If I Remember Correctly, IIRC) Americans are using present continuous (progressive) and present perfect continuous extensively, they do tend to discard present/past perfect though, replacing it with past simple/continuous tenses. From my impression, simple americans prefer saying "I went to Europe", instead of "I've been to Europe". But not all the americans are simple, many are well educated, and therefore they both read books and use the language to its maximum. |
