Почему выводит только один файл?

            foreach (FileInfo fri in fiArr)
                textBox1.Text = fri.Name;

Вы заносите в текстовое поле имя последнего файла.

Если надо вывести все файлы на строку:

Вот ещо вариант.. кусок моего кода..
