Здравствуйте форумчане! у меня вопрос - можно ли item combobox-a сделать enabled?

Например вот итемы комбобокса:
1
   - 1.1
   - 1.2
   - 1.3
2
  - 2.1
  - 2.2
  - 2.3

Можно ли сделать так чтобы "1" и "2"  были как бы enabled?

p.s. Пробывала так:

Наверно имел ввиду "верхние уровни невыбираемые"?
Ну что-то типа делай раз:
- бросаем на форму Combobox1;
- Combobox1.Items =
