Currently we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (E-Commerce Domain) for our Gomel office to make our team even stronger.

EPAM E-Commerce Solution Practice is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to strengthen our delivery teams who work on “Next in class” E-Commerce Solutions for global retailers. You will work with people who really care on small (25+ ppl) to medium-sized (100+ ppl) projects in cross-functional and cross-location environments.

Responsibilities:

- Project’s:
- Drive project kick-off in terms of baselining the scope;
- Set up Business Analysis process from scratch;
- Drive onsite JAD sessions to define functional / non-functional / integration requirements;
- Scope management / change management process during solution implementation;
- Facilitate obtaining requirements sign-off;
- Run show-and-tell sessions with Business Users to demo ATG Platform and Solution capabilities, prepare business users for user acceptance testing;
- Facilitate UAT process with the Customer and Delivery Team and obtain sign-off for delivered functional scope;
- Support complex systems UAT and rollout to production onsite;
- Act as a connection point between the Customer and Delivery Team;
- Mentor new project members, provide them with professional support.
- Organizational:
- Participate in BA interviews per request;
- Participate in Presales.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis;
- Ability to drive requirements gathering process during project’s initiation;
- Experience with full project life cycle in an Agile/Scrum environment, at least 1 fully participated and successfully delivered project;
- Understanding of full lifecycle development process from requirements gathering to rollout;
- Client facing and business trips experience;
- Scope management and change management experience;
- Excellent presentation skills;
- English of Upper-Intermediate and higher level (speak briefly, high-quality written communication);
- Ability to work under stress and with strict timelines and changing priorities;
- Striving for excellence and best delivery ever, thinking in terms of product development;
- Ambitious, bright and hardworking.

Nice to have:

- Experience in working with 3rd party vendors and offshore teams;
- Good functional knowledge and deep understanding of E-Commerce Omni-channel Retailing;
- Working knowledge of Oracle Commerce or any comparable commerce platforms such as SAP Hybris/IBM Commerce/eBay Magento;
- Experience in integration with other E-Commerce ecosystem components including PIM, OMS, CRM, CMS, BI/Web analytics, Price/Payment/Loyalty Management Systems, Customer Service Center, Search Engines;
- Working knowledge of Oracle products including ATG Commerce, Endeca Search, Endeca XM, WCS or similar stack on other platform.
