The role will include

•    Development and enhancement of internal document & records management system, based on Meridio archive, K2.net workflow, MS SharePoint Portal Server front-end.
•    Production maintenance for document & records  management system
•    Evaluation of new technologies, standards, software product versions, and development tools in the area
•    Working closely with business processes experts and technical support staff 
•    Contribution to the design, implementation and testing phases of related projects
•    Development and enhancement of related business applications, mostly on .NET architecture

The successful candidate should have

•    Hands on experience in K2.net design and development
•    Hands on experience with one of the ECM class products (Documentum, Hummingbird, Opentext)
•    Hands on experience in MS SharePoint Portal Server development
•    Hands on experience in ASP.NET
•    Experience in SQL syntax and databases

•    Experience in Meridio design and development is desirable
•    Experience in data modeling and database design
•    Experience with one or more of these technologies is a plus: XML/XSL, MS Reporting Services
•    Experience with one or more of these applications is a plus: MS BizTalk Server, MS Navision

Personal Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
•    At least 1 year of experience in the area of Enterprise Content Management software development, with demonstrable product development history
•    Ability to effectively translate business needs into technical solutions
•    Ability to work independently and effectively deliver on time 
•    Good command of written \ verbal Russian and English 
•    Ability to work in a team, as well as individually
