International company is looking for a Software Engineer.

Software Engineer will be part of a cross functional team building some of the most exciting and innovative internet based solutions in market today. He/she will be responsible for producing the customer facing portion of the site experience. 
Understanding the entire process, from database and back end through to front end results in a content managed environment is key.
The Software Engineer will be expected to report to the London-based Technical Lead on a daily basis in both written and verbal formats.
Must also be able to travel to London for periods of up to 2 weeks at short notice.

Must have:
Fluent English skills. 
Experience working with a commercial content-managed system, preferably in several European languages.
Commercial Web Development experience.
Good experience with the following technologies:
Java, J2EE, Struts, Tiles, JSP, Servlets, Application Server Containers (prefereably Weblogic). 
Experience with XML Technologies including querying languages like XPath.
UNIX skills – Confident with the Shell commands and scripting.
Experience with relational databases (Oracle).
Experience with Version Control Systems (CVS).
Experience with the LDAP protocol.
Proficient with HTML, CSS.
Working knowledge of JavaScript; ability to perform client side data validation.
Knowledge of the technical challenges in building an HTML/CSS/JavaScript site experience that supports all currently active browsers.
Effectively work in remote development and hosting environments utilizing ssh, telnet, ftp.
Knowledge of Quality Assurance processes and methodology.
Should have some experience of authoring technical specification documents.
Nice to have:
Experience with XQuery, Release Management tools (Cruise Control), Perl, Teamsite CMS, Ant and Eclipse (or similar IDE).
