Currently we are looking for an experienced senior technical writer who is able to drive the development of technical documentation. The technical writer will join our technical communications team in Minsk and will be working on a project for a big EPAM client headquartered in the USA.

Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain product documentation in English (user and administrator guides, installation guides, online help, release notes, API documentation, etc.) in compliance with the client style guide and processes;
- Work closely with the project team members such as product managers, software engineers, QA, and support to develop technical documentation;
- Work collaboratively with other technical writing team members to address internal EPAM documentation needs and to help build a strong technical writers community in the company.

Requirements:

- 5+ years in technical writing for the IT industry;
- High proficiency in English (C1 level and above);
- Strong editing skills;
- High quality of documentation deliverables;
- Solid experience with Microsoft Word and a Help authoring tool; experience with Atlassian Confluence and Adobe FrameMaker is a plus;
- Strong research and interview skills (soliciting information from SMEs);
- Ability to deliver excellent work results with minimal supervision;
- Experience with Agile software development methodology is a plus.
