Сталкивался ли кто-нибудь, когда-нибудь с такой проблемой: Необходимо добыть данные из сервисного меню телефона (номер соты, номер канала, уровень сигнала, LAC.... Ну в общем их очень много). Кто-нибудь хоть представляет с чего начать??

Насколько я знаю, только моторола позволяет получить доступ к нетмонитору из джавы, ито только к одному значению - cellid.
String cellid = System.getProperty("CellID")

Thank you for your question.
On Motorola phones a signed midlet may be able to retrieve the CellID using the System.getProperty("CellID");
You can also capture cell broadcast messages (provides area code) but requires that the user sets the phone up correctly (Menu -> Messages -> Info Services -> Options -> Setup) and then the midlet must register a listener to collect these incoming cbs sms messages.
There are currently no API's that will allow developers to do cell triangulation based upon strength of signal to the cell and this will not change on Motorola phones in the near future. Some devices may have GPS such E1000 and a signed midlet will be able to extract location information this way.
Alternatively developers may use Bluetooth GPS dongles to work with a Midlet to develop location based applications.
