не поможите разобраться со скриптом wiki_import - mediawiki auto import script

Over the years, you've build your knowledge base into carefully arranged folders and files. The file can be in all kinds of formats: plain text edited by Notpad, rtf file produced by old Ms Write, commonly used doc file written in Ms Word, or some Excel sheets, and may html, pdf, picture, or even avi files that enrich your collection / knowledge base. You may even have some .bat, .cfg or .zip files hanging around just for the archive.

As the collection grows, things may grow out of hand, especially if the collection is made not by a single person but a team. This is quite a typical setup for any organization or team. The problem is that most likely, there is this nice piece of information staying in your knowledge base collection, but you may not know it is there. Or, you remember there is some document on the topic, but couldn't remember where it is, or can't find it any more.

Now you want to end all this and make good us your collection. But there is another problem waiting for you: as more and more people are getting involved building and updating the knowledge base, how can you make sure people collaborate, instead collapse into each other's effort?

Вкраце - он очень быстро и без проблем импортирует в ВИКИ хоть весь ваш жесткий диск с инфой.
Аналогов не нашел.. РАзобраться не могу

извиняюсь, но очень хочеться развить тему про импорт в media wiki. оказалось все очень просто.

вот этот скрипт в самом движке --- ну очень хорош.

USAGE: php importTextFile.php <options> <filename>

<filename> : путь к файлу для  импорта в wiki
Options:
--title <title>
        Заголовок для новой страницы; по умолчанию используеться ИМЯ ФАЙЛА
--user <user>
        пользователь от которого хотим загрузить в wiki статью
--comment <comment>
        Edit summary... радктировать резюме ??? вроде это  комментарий
--nooverwrite
        Don't overwrite existing content ... не переписывать существующее содержание... ???
--norc
        Don't update recent changes... не обновлять последние изменения???
