Job definition
PS employees handle deployment of Mediaspectrum software in publishing companies outside of Russia. They manage customer expectations, define tasks for remote execution and personally handle on-site tasks. PS employees have personal or shared responsibility for success of Mediaspectrum installation projects. They must be prepared to work non-limited hours as long as project lasts. At the same time, they do not have formally required office hours outside of a project. PS employees must be prepared to solve timeline-critical problems in-person, without waiting for off-site help.

Versatile communication and personal skills — one of the challenges of a PS employee is presenting Mediaspectrum workflow to the customer and negotiating workarounds. PS employee will have to communicate with wide range of personalities and has to present himself/herself as appealing, non-confrontational and “easy to deal with”.
Open-minded thinking - Interest in technology in general is highly regarded, since company is dealing with a range of technical challenges on various platforms.  Non-mainstream tasks such as Macintosh programming and programming in Mozilla XUL language are examples of technological activities, which are rarely faced by typical software development companies in Russia. 
Strong spoken English, preferably with track record of practicing — English classes abroad, previous foreign travel on business, having to speak English in previous job, most importantly interest in learning and maintaining language skills at high level are anticipated.

Ability and interest in learning new software and acquiring skills
Interest in long-haul travel. —PS employee is expected to travel on the margin of 50% within year. Travel occurs in several consecutive weeks as opposed to short    business trips. For the most part travel is expected to large foreign metropolitan areas such as New York, London, Washington/DC, etc. However, there will be exceptions.
Off-travel PS employee must be on-call and online, doing remote work supporting existing installations or participating training or development and business discussions. By no means off-travel time is a vacation.
