Essential Job Functions:

The successful candidate will be responsible for

Functional Specifications
Design of IT solutions in accordance with the architecture guidelines, and in agreement with technical specialists in the team
Liaising with off-shore developers to manage the development and unit test process
Supporting UAT 
Managing the software release and deployment process
Production management tasks in form of third level support


Required Skills (e.g. XML, C++, Risk Management functional knowledge etc…)
good subject matter know-how in securities processing 
degree in computer science or similar education
professional experience in IT projects applying methods of requirements analysis, design and test management
project management experience (optional for business analysts, mandatory for project managers )
good knowledge of mainframe tools&languages (Cobol, JCL, DB2) appreciated 
knowledge of SQL appreciated
strong analytic power
strong conceptual skills 
good communication skills 
fluent in English
strong team work capabilities / team spirit
