An international service provider established in Geneva is looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails developer with serious background of html/javascript programming for the full-time position in Kiev's subsidiary. 

Successful candidates should meet the following requirements: 
- University degree; 
- At least 5 years of Object Oriented Programming experience 
- Excellent knowledge of design patterns and hands - on experience in architecture design 
- Expert in Ruby on Rails (experience 3+ years); 
- Knowledge of browser compatibility issues; 
- Good Knowledge of Javascript and Protototype framework 
- Strong written and at least intermediate spoken English 
- Proven capability of designing and delivering excellent quality code while working alone 
- Has supervised technical decisions of less experienced developers 

The following skills and knowledge is a plus: 
- Experience in Open Source software development 
- Document - oriented databases and Mongo DB
