Technical Architect

Responsibilities:  
Manage the interaction and delivery of the Java and Oracle based milestones. Lead the development of processes including tracking of tasks. Liaise with representatives of the IT community, up- and downstream systems project managers as well as senior management and the Moscow vendor. Improve the end-to-end development process including quality assurance, source control, testing and deployment. Analyse and document IT (and related business) processes. Structure and optimize organisational and technical processes. Managing parts of the project. 

Experience/Background:
Strong SQL, Oracle experience (3+ years)
Senior/ experienced with Java
Applied Design Patterns. Practical design of J2EE systems (3+ years).
Senior/ experienced with Java web Server development, spring, XML, XSDs, XSLT, processing engines, Weblogic, Ajax / JavaScript 
IT Project Management experience 
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with team members, peers and seniors.
Fluent English
Reliable team player who enjoys working in an international environment
Must be able to produce clear, concise, and targeted documentation.
Education to degree standard

Desirable Skills:
Experience in Java applications and clustered environments
Experience of Oracle application development in Data Warehouses processing of high-volume data
Knowledge PL/SQL 
Experience with CVS, Eclipse, Ant, Maven
Know How in Regulatory Regulations and Financial Accounting
Experiences in implementing data processes either business or IT side    
Worked within a large blue-chip organisation
Worked within a financial institute
Professional certification
