Подскажите, какой IP-функцией нужно воспользоваться, что бы программа воспроизвела аудио файл(звуковой файл)?
Если есть простая программа-пример,  этот вариан будет очень полезен. С уважением.

Проверять так уж по полной программе. А еще можно воспроизводить звуки через DirectSound (Google в помощь  )

"апи-функции" - происходят от слова API(в частности, речь идет о WinAPI), а не от названия протокола IP
