We work with J1 visa only.  Find H1B position is quite difficult and we do not provide it for following reasons:

 - H1B visa application takes up to 12 months, so it  is very difficult to persuade a company to wait for you for a year only based on a few Skype interviews;

 - The denial rate on H1B is at the moment over 35% compare to 5% on J1

 - Most companies prefer to see how you fitting into the company before making a commitment for 2 years

 We had cases when companies were happy to offer H1B after a few months on J1, as they already knew the candidate and his/her work and you can still work for the company on J1 while waiting for your H1B application results. 


Housing is candidate's own responsibility. You would be able to share an apartment starting from $350-400/month.
