As an Embedded Linux Software Engineer, you will be responsible for development of the software running on embedded Linux platforms. You will be dealing with complex and technically advanced products. Your activities consist mainly of developing control software for these devices, driver development, and (Linux Kernel) trouble shooting.

Requirements:

    We are looking for an Embedded Linux Software Engineer with a passion for technology, and who is not afraid to analyze complex problems and build innovative solutions.

    Analytical, result-oriented, creative, and a good communicator;
    Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in computer science, electronics, or comparable technical field;
    Experience in implementing embedded software in C/C++;
    Experience with Embedded Linux in real-time or near real-time environments;
    Strong knowledge of Linux and the ARM processor architecture;
    Experience building and configuration of the Linux Kernel, Linux driver development, boot loaders, root file systems, and troubleshooting/debugging tools;
    You can read hardware designs to understand the interfacing of software with the hardware;
    You have experience with complex measurement equipment like logic analyzers and oscilloscopes for validation and test;
    2 - 5 years’ experience in development of technical software;
    You used to work in accordance with a structured process and quality management systems;
    PCB and hardware design is a big plus;
    Intermediate level of spoken English is a must.

Responsibilities:

    As a member of a small development team, you will be responsible for:
    Software Requirements Analysis;
    Translation of requirements into a technical architecture/design;
    Operating system issues solving;
    Software development for real-time data processing;
    Firmware and Drivers development;
    Trouble-shooting and implementation of solutions;
    Documentation.
