EPAM, a leading global software engineering and IT consulting provider with 11500+ IT employees and delivery centers in 19 countries, is looking for a Competency Center Group Manager.

Content competencies are one of the most actively evolving technologies in today's world, which results in great amount of research and development activities (technical and organizational). We are looking for exceptionally talented people who will have the chance to propel their careers to the next level, for a Manager – into a Senior professional, who will play a crucial role in business processes development and business proposals creation.

Even though the coordinator won't drive the direct work, s/he will coordinate the effort that is the base of their work, streamlining the efforts of EPAM multiple managers, solution architects, experts and consultants, EPAM sales managers, accounts managers into a single productive direction aiming to keep all competencies in line with world's trends and support the rapid growth demonstrated by the Competency Center. This person must be comfortable mapping business requirements into EPAM Content capabilities and services, suggesting delivery methodologies, defining financial models, prerequisites and dependencies of a successful engagement, coordinating and integrating business development activities across Content Competency Center.

Successful candidate will coordinate the work around Competency expertise: SharePoint, Adobe CQ, Sitecore, Adam, Drupal and more.

Requirements:

- Overall maturity;
- Excellent managerial skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fluent English (verbal and written);
- Analytical skills;
- Outstanding pro-activeness, initiativeness and good stress tolerance;
- Ability to work in rapidly changing environments;
- MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint;
- Understanding of software development life cycle, development methodologies (RUP, Agile), operations (ITIL®).

Qualification:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent;
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in project/process management;
- Minimum English level – B2;
- Experience in project management, strategic planning;
- Understanding of project management processes (PMBOK) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Work with customers, vendors, internal client, project team members and stakeholders to define project scope, resource requirements, budget, timeline, deliverables and milestones;
- Integrate technical solution implementation approach into business proposals, build pricing models based on technical estimates, timelines and cost analyses;
- Create offline and online presentations featuring EPAM Content values, experience and services;
- Management and coordination of internal activities of Content CC;
- Community development;
- Responsible for knowledge base and majority of internal announcements.
