Currently we are looking for an Erlang Developer for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.

About the customer

Our client is a global technology company from California’s Silicon Valley operating in 25 countries, which delivers DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) technology to help their customers control their networks. The company has more than 8000 clients all around the world including airline carriers, government establishments, technology companies, and mobile operators, and EPAM participates in all development stages.

Responsibilities:

- Design, code, test, and support of Erlang and related software, including some research;
- Develop solutions using distributed concurrent programming, software packaging and release;
- Communicate with the customer on project issues.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or an Erlang Intermediate certification;
- Experienced in the use of the Erlang OTP for the delivery of complex systems;
- Must have demonstrable experience of architecture design and delivering multiple large projects;
- More than 5 years demonstrable software development and implementation experience;
- Experience with Linux operating systems;
- Experience using Mnesia, jiffy, cowboy;
- Knowledge of Distributed Computing, Parallelism and concurrency, Virtualization;
- Good grasp of networking concepts with at least 2 years’ experience;
- Exposure to Software Defined Networking, Openflow;
- Good command of English: Intermediate level and above.
