Currently we are looking for a [B]Service Desk Technician for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.

Service Desk is a single point of contact for a range of more than 20 client companies around the world. It acts as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from client representatives regarding various issues and queries. Service Desk provides first and second line technical support to external clients in 24/7 mode working with applications/systems and monitoring sites infrastructure in Amazon Cloud. Service Desk undertakes analysis, diagnosis and resolution of problems, which may range from straightforward to more complicated technical issues using ITIL best practices and wide range of Ticket Tracking Tools.[/B]

Requirements:

- Good command of English and Spanish languages (Upper-Intermediate and higher level);
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate and build conversation in a polite, professional and encouraging manner, stay cool-headed in tough situations, especially during the phone calls;
- Experience in 1st line/Call-center support;
- Stress-resistance;
- Business written communication skills;
- Experience in verbal communication with foreign customers;
- Experience in phone communication with customers (both native and foreign);
- Ability to work in team and think as a team;
- Multitasking;
- Analyzing skills;
- Ambitious (in a good sense of the word, can realize, that his/her career opportunities depend on his/her hard work and contribution);
- Organized;
- Can prioritize the tasks;
