Currently we are looking for a topnotch Project Manager/Scrum Master to join us on a challenging project for one of our strategic customers. You are expected to be a self-organized person with ability to meet deadlines with no loss in quality and with good communications skills to provide successful collaboration among all stakeholders.

About the customer

Our client is the Fortune 1000 list participant from the USA, with 260+ operating companies incorporated. Customer’s area of interests includes pharmacology, biologics, personal care, and medical equipment.

Project technologies and tools:

- Project methodology depends on the stage: it can be Scrum or Kanban;
- Drupal;
- Amazon Web Services;
- Jenkins;
- Docker;
- PHP;
- MySQL;
- Phing, etc.

Responsibilities:

- Manage several development streams;
- Project planning, reporting, risks identifying;
- Work synchronizing with other streams;
- Responsible for planning and grooming meetings; retrospectives;
- Communication with stakeholders and teams.

Requirements:

- We do not set necessary years of experience for this position – it’s not about how many years of experience you have; it’s about the quality of your years of experience;
- BA, QA, or software development background;
- Experience in managing distributed teams;
- Experience working on Scrum/Kanban projects;
- Familiarity with risk- and change management;
- Great communication skills;
- Good command of English: Intermediate – Upper-Intermediate level;
- Strong project planning skills (short/long term);
- Stress resistance, mental agility and “can-do” attitude.

Nice to have:

- Drupal background in BA, QA or development is a plus;
- Certified Scrum master – a big advantage.
