Need about of C, Perl, Bash developers.


Project (announced privately only):
Strategical project relating national security of Lithuania.

The requirements are:
●    Experience with C
●    Experience with Perl
●    Experience with Bash and other shell languages
●    Understanding of Linux kernel space, user space, security, networking.
●    Trustful person as this is a strategic project

Culture and work:
●    Intensive work with best-in-class people. You'd grow as professional by magnitudes.
●    Hardcore coding without frameworks
●    Remote work (timezones matter though), come to Vilnius, or we can get you a nice workplace in Ukraine.
●    The country doesn't matter, timezones matter. It can diverge by -1 to +5 hours from Vilnius timezone.

Rewards:
●    Salary 2000-5000 USD.
○    Lithuania: 1600 - 4000 EUR (after taxes. i.e. that's what they really get) + bonuses for team performance.
●    Considerable bonuses for good team and individual performance.
●    Your work will matter: be the part of the team who implemented unique world-level solution which likely will be discussed and presented in various forums etc.
●    Work with the best and learn from the best

Additional notes:
●    Don’t present skills that are of a very low level (i.e. if you’ve written 500 lines of C code, that doesn’t mean you know C).
●    The interviews might be hard, but that’s because we want to work with the best. Be strong and patient.
●    Interview will follow with quite hard test assignment based on your level. In case you don’t have enough time, then be clear about how much time you have for the test assignment upfront.


Process of the selection

●    agency finds interested candidates and sends us their CVs
●    we pick the candidates for interview
●    we conduct the interview via Skype with candidate 1 on 1 without any additional persons for better interviewing conditions
●    candidate receives the test assignment
