DESCRIPTION

Currently we are looking for a Senior Go Developer for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.

We invite an experienced back-end developer who would like to try hand at a new Google technology – the Go programming language. The successful candidate will join the 10+ people distributed team.

As a Go Developer, you will be working on the product, which is the aggregator of a variety of customer’s web services and provides a single service layer for different client’s mobile applications. The system is being developed in the Google Go language with MongoDB as the data base and Redis as the in-memory cache storage.

Responsibilities:

- Design and development of new functionality;
- Participation in architect solutions decision making;
- Code review, code refactoring;
- Constant communication (both verbal and written) with the customer and other teams.

Requirements:

- 1+ year' experience in developing Google Go;
- Experience in back-end/web services development;
- Object-oriented programming knowledge;
- Multithreading knowledge;
- Great (self) learning abilities;
- Good command of English: Intermediate and higher level;
- Team player.

Nice to have:

- Experience with MongoDB, Redis, Couchbase;
- XML, XPath;
- Experience with version control systems: SVN, Git;
- Linux knowledge;
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript;
- Understanding of financial terminology.
