Project Description:

As a Lead Java Developer, you will get a unique chance to develop an innovative case management system, which allows keeping cases moving efficiently through the court. This system provides a total court solution by integrating e-filing, case management, and public access solutions with other court applications. 

Requirements:

- 5+ years of production experience;

- Proven experience leading a small team (up to 5 people);

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;

- Great English communication skills (at least Upper-Intermediate level);

- Experience with the following technologies and tools:

- Java;

- JavaScript;

- JSP/JSTL;

- Spring;

- Hibernate;

- Databases: MSSQL Server 2008-2012, Oracle 11g 2;

- Tomcat;

- Maven;

- Git;

- Jira;

- Other libraries/frameworks: JasperReports, Freemarker/Velocity, SOAP, Apache Commons, Spring-JMS/Spring-Batch/etc., Junit;

- Scrum.

Responsibilities:

- Development of the application;

- Team coordination;

- Supervision of the team;

- Code review;

- Communication with the customer;

- Participation in architectural decisions.
