Responsibilities

    Lead IT team (Sys Admins and Developers)
    Work as Part of the Global IT team
    Helpdesk Support for around 200 employees
    Supply technological solutions to business problems as needed
    Hands-on manage Office Infrastructure (Cisco Wireless system, Check Point Firewall, F5 Load Balancer, Cisco HCS telephony system)
    MAC OS X support
    Local Support to all SaaS / PaaS / IaaS (Google Apps, Salesforce, Okta, SAP, Microsoft Active Directory, Amazon servers, Cloud antivirus etc...) in accordance with corporate guidelines
    Local Data Security enforcement in accordance with corporate guidelines
    Training employees with newly deployed systems
    Inventory, documentation, reporting
    Local vendors negotiations and purchasing
    Local IT Budgeting

 

Requirements

    Top-tier Russian university: HSE, MSU, MIPT, NES, REU (Stats and Informatics only)
    5+-year experience as IT team leader/Manager in multinational company preferred
    Excellent organizational skills, excellent analytical and problem solving skills, client-oriented, good communication skills (verbal and written)
    Excellent IT skills with deep understanding of the technical fundamentals of networking, information security experience
    Excellent ability to install, administer and troubleshoot computer hardware, software (Windows, Mac & Linux) and networks
    Very good English (verbal and written) is a must
    Good prioritization skills and ability to be flexible to changes, ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints
