Currently we are looking for a Lead Technical QA Engineer (E-Commerce Domain) for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.

Responsibilities

- Project’s:
- Play Key Tester or Testing Tech Lead role on the projects, be responsible for the quality of output QA team produces;
- Supervise team’s solutions and approaches, check artifacts quality, optimize and refactor the solutions to meet Technical Excellence and E-Commerce best practices;
- Consult team members regarding project’s capabilities and technical decisions to make;
- Analyze the processes, find bottlenecks and fix them by tuning current processes or introducing new approaches;
-Assist Project Manager with project’s planning (investigate challenging tasks, prepare features breakdown, provide estimates);
- Troubleshoot the most challenging defects and customer’s issues;
- Investigate new testing approaches, teach team members to use them;
- Perform manual functional, UI, cross-browser, integration testing of the E-Commerce solutions including web site, back-end and mobile version;
- Assist in new versions releases to Production.
- Organizational:
- Contribute to growth of QA Engineering Culture in ESP.

Requirements

- Professional focus on functional testing of Web applications;
- 7+ years of QA experience;
- 3-5 projects working experience;
- Experience in solving non-trivial technical issues, fast diving into new technology areas;
- Solid technical background – web services, OS, DB, App/Web Servers;
- Proven experience setting up/optimizing testing processes on the projects;
- Strong understanding of full lifecycle development process from requirements gathering to rollout;
- Experience working within cross-location teams;
- Client facing and business trips experience;
- Amazing communication skills;
- English of Upper-Intermediate (B2) level (able to read, write, speak almost fluently);
- Striving for excellence and best delivery ever, thinking in terms of product development;
- Readiness to work intensively and by hands.

- Experience in working with 3rd party vendors and offshore teams;
- Mobile testing experience;
- E-Commerce-related projects experience;
