DESCRIPTION

Currently we are looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.

We are seeking a motivated developer with good RoR knowledge who is really passionate about programming and eager to join a team of exceptional professionals to deliver first-class software.

Working as part of our distributed team, you will be involved in development of a new code from scratch and play a key role in the continual improvement of our UIs.

Joining us, you will have a great chance to enhance your skillset and level up your English communication skills while performing challenging and interesting tasks and collaborating directly with the customer. Moreover, business trips to customer’s location are possible.

Responsibilities:

- Play a key role in the continual improvement of UIs;
- Test and deploy new features and stories in a small, cross-functional team;
- Proactively engage in ideas on how to improve our product;
- Write a well-designed, testable, quality code following clean code principles;
- Work both independently and in close collaboration with others in the team and across the business;
- Communicate with the customer to clarify business requirements.

Requirements:

- 2+ years’ Ruby on Rails experience;
- Knowledge of JavaScript (React);
- Experience in responsive web development;
- Knowledge of continuous integration tools (Bamboo/Jenkins);
- Good communication and problem solving skills;
- Good written and spoken English.

Nice to have:

- Working knowledge of CSS and Sass;
- Experience with microservice architecture.
