В данный момент использую стандартный, входящий в комплект поставки Делфи 7
TeeChart Standart 4.04

Может стоит поискать чего по мощьнее? Некоторые вещи на стандартном мне так и
не удалось осуществить.

А что именно не получается нарисовать стандартным?

Если стандартный (входящий в состав Delphi) TeeChart не устраивает, то рекомендую воспользоваться расширенной версией его же (Имеется в виду TeeChart 6 Pro for Delphi 7). В нем есть все что нужно и даже больше (трехмерные поверхности, спец. графики, и др) + средства редактирования + интерфейс + ...). Это широкоизвестное решение, но если Вы не пират, то оно предполагает оплату. Кроме того, есть Data Master 2000. Это наш ответ Чемберлену. Сейчас поищу ссылку на разработчиков - очень достойна реализация и вроде бы FreeWare.

Installation instructions
=========================

You must have administrative rights to perform
installation under Windows NT4/2000/XP. It is
strongly recommended that you completely uninstall
any previous version of DM2003 first.

Installation is very simple: just run setup.exe
and follow instructions that appear on the screen.

If you have obtained MSI - based version of DM2003
setup, run DM2003.MSI file. Installer service will
launch and process installation database. Note that
you must have MSI installer service on your system.
All new versions of Windows include this service;
however, original Windows95/98/NT4 don't. You may
download MSI update from the Microsoft website.
Sometimes you may need to launch this setup
by hands: type "msiexec /i dm2003.msi" in the
MS-DOS prompt.

DM2003 software requires Microsoft Internet
Explorer and depends on its configuration. It is
strongly recommended that you upgrade your system
to the latest version of this software (which is,
in fact, a part of Windows operating system itself).
Use free online Windows Update service available
from Microsoft or any suitable distribution files
(e.g. supplied with another software products).

Keep in mind that you must install (or upgrade)
VBScript language engine as well. When running
MSIE setup program, select "Custom installation",
find item named "VB macros" or something like this
and check it for installation. Open vbstest.htm
file provided with DM2003 to test whether VBScript
is properly installed onto your system.

DM2003 installation doesn't create any file types
automatically to avoid possible conflicts. If you
wish to associate some file type with DM2003, use
Application Properties dialog box.

If DM2003 detects [Application Data] system folder
(located in the user profile or in the Windows folder),
it will store its internal files, namely autosave.dmw
and config.bin, in this folder ([RRR\DM2003] subfolder);
otherwise it will use installation folder. In most cases
you should delete these files (if any) by hands before
installation of the new version of the software.


Uninstallation
==============

Before you start uninstallation, you should
manually delete file types associated with DM2003
(if any). Close all running instances of DM2003
and, probably, other processes that may lock
its components in the memory (reboot or at least
log off and log on again). Run uninstall using
Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs -> DM2003.
If you are asked to confirm uninstallation of shared
files, click "yes". Notice: DM2003 internal files
(autosave.dmw and config.bin) may be not removed
by the uninstaller.

Два графика с разным масштабом по вертикали. Например первый от 0 до 50 000, а второй от -30 до +30.
Желательно эти оси расположить одну слева, другую справа. Только не рисует он ось сразу с двух сторон.

Для начала, в TEEChart это все делается в элементе.

1) Добавили две серии
2) В настройках одной из них (!), на закладке Series->General Есть свойство Vertical axis. По умолчанию там значение LEFT, а мы меняем его на RIGHT.

И все!

Честно говоря, в последний раз когда я работал с DM2000 там была просто библиотека компонент и вопросов не возникало. Теперь прогресс ушел дальше. Я скачал все что скачивалось и буду разбираться что там понаворотили. Кроме того, существуют другие альтернативные способы, например через ActiveX компоненты. Но зачем, если в 99% можно ограничиться стандартными средствами?

Делал все это, в настройках все проставляется а ось все равно только одна.

Трудно сказать, в чем именно у Вас проблема - это операция достаточно стандартная, да и сейчас я проверил - все получается. На всякий случай в настройках осей (axis) проверьте, что у правой оси (right)установлен параметр Visible.
