FileNotFoundException может быть выброшено при создании FileInputStream().

все, решил проблему...

еще, на КПК почему-то текстовые поля у меня минимальной формы, хотя я устанавливаю и тестирую на ПК все идет нормально, размеры 25...почему так может быть?
