Помогите реализовать следующую логику:

есть загрузочый шит в экселе с загаловками и данными в ячейках.
хочу загрузить данные в базу и пишу приложение:

вот то что - в теории оно должно делать в фазе валидации:

VALIDATION PHASE:

Print VALID in cell for Document Status header IF:
1.    there are no lookup errors (when comparing)
2.    all attributes are included in load sheet (required plus optional)
3.    all required attributes are filled
4.    loading doc checked as “Create New documents in the Docbase” and radio button “To create New Document” selected and loading document does not exist in Documentum
5.    loading doc checked as “Create New documents in the Docbase” and To apply Next MINOR Version radio button is selected and it exists in Documentum and it is not checked out
6.    loading doc checked as “Create New documents in the Docbase” and To apply Next MAJOR Version radio button is selected and it exists in Documentum and it is not checked out



Print INVALID in cell for Document Status header IF:
1.    there are lookup errors (when comparing)
- print “ERROR” and add comment “Value does not match to data in lookup table” in problem cell

2.    not all attributes are included in load sheet (required plus optional)
- print “Not All Attributes are included” in Import Information cell

3.    not all required attributes are filled
- print “ERROR” and add comment “Required value must not be null” in problem cell

4.    loading doc checked as “Create New documents in the Docbase” and radio button “To create New Document” selected and loading document exists in Documentum
- print “Document already exists” in cell for column with Import Information header

5.    loading doc checked as “Create New documents in the Docbase” and To apply Next MINOR Version radio button is selected and loading doc does exist in Documentum
- print “Document does not exist ” in cell for column with Import Information header

6.    loading doc checked as “Create New documents in the Docbase” and To apply Next MINOR Version radio button is selected and loading doc exists in Documentum and doc is checked out
- print “Document is locked” in cell for column with Import Information header


7.    loading doc checked as “Create New documents in the Docbase” and To apply Next MIJOR Version radio button is selected and loading doc not exist in Documentum
- print “Document does not exist ” in cell for column with Import Information header

8.    loading doc checked as “Create New documents in the Docbase” and To apply Next MAJOR Version radio button is selected and loading doc exists in Documentum and doc is checked out
- print “Document is locked” in cell for column with Import Information header


Execute method DOload() if doc_status= = “VALID”
and 
Skip if doc_status= = “INVALID”
