есть вот такой JSP файл, он берет из MySQL данные и выводит их в таблицу, 
пример взят из статьи разработка веб приложения 
Проблема с подключением @ taglib

Что нужно сделать чтобы c:forEach заработала и взяла по порядку все строки из БД? Желательно попонятнее разъяснить как это все подключить

заработало,  оказываетася надо бало вставить файл JSTL в WEB-INF/lib
создать папку tld WEB-INF/lib и поместить туда файл c.tld
вот он

Вообще странно, должно было пахать без проблем(На Spring Tool Suite - Spring MVC Project аналогичная запись тега работает ок). Может быть не было доступа к исходнику, т.е. "http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/core" ? Или же  в моем случае помощь осуществлялась Eclipse/Maven ?
