Currently we are looking for a Delivery Manager (Financial Services) for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.

EPAM Financial Services BY invites an experienced Project Manager to try him/herself in the emerging role of a Delivery Manager, which requires a combination of PM, SA and RM skills. The successful candidate will have a chance to work hand-by-hand with experts in technological and business domains driving profitable engagement with our clients.

The successful candidate will work on a bunch of small accounts (up to 40 ppl in size), mainly in Financial domain. However, he/she might be involved in accounts from Insurance domain as well. The nature of work will vary greatly depending on the account – sometimes the focus may be more on staffing or resource management, sometimes more on process setup, sometimes it might be pure project management. But anyway, the candidate will always be deeply involved in developing the account and building successful relationships with clients and EPAM stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Account or program or project level:
- Participates in new business development;
- Manage customer expectations and relationship;
- Identify and manage engagement risks and flag major issues early;
- Take responsibility for end-to-end delivery on the accounts;
- Manage cross-functional project teams across multiply geographies, solution practices and business domains;
- Prepare engagement revenue and resource forecasts, engagement timesheets and billing information;
- Contribute to and manage engagement and process improvements;
- Travel to client sites as needed.
- Organizational level:
- Track repeatable best delivery practices usage, share practices with other projects;
- Advocate delivery technology excellence;
- Contribute to Delivery excellence practices within Financial Services BY.

Requirements:

- Excellent project management experience: planning, scheduling, project communication, issue resolution, change management, and risk management;
- Solid knowledge of software development life cycle;
- Ability to establish solid working relationships with clients, plus the ability to work effectively as a virtual member of a dynamic, dispersed team and to meet deadlines;
- Excellent communication, presentation and planning skills are necessary;
- Exceptional organizational, leadership and stakeholder management skills;
- Self-motivated, multitasking, reliable to deliver on time, a quick-thinker, be able to work in a fast-paced work environment;
- Advanced level of both spoken and written English.
