DESCRIPTION

Currently we are looking for a Lead Software Testing Engineer with Sterling OMS experience for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.

With over 1,000 locations worldwide, the company utilizes stand-alone stores, makeup counter locations in department stores, and direct sales to further the visibility of the brand. The customer company is an international force in beauty, and its award-winning website and ever-growing presence on social-media make it the world's premier digital beauty destination.

Responsibilities:

- Play a QA Lead role on the project;
- Come up with test strategy and lead its implementation from ground up;
- Drive planning, execution and reporting in an Agile environment;
- Communicate status, issues, risks to EPAM and customer's stakeholders;
- Create test documentation: test cases, test plans, test reports;
- Analyze trends in product quality, create a plan of corrective actions if required and implement it;
- Communicate and be in sync with other project streams (110+ people in total).

Requirements:

- 3+ years of QA experience, experience working without supervision;
- 1+ year of experience with Sterling OMS;
- Intermediate and higher level of spoken English;
- Active, flexible, communicative person ready to work and develop him/herself in testing;
- Striving for delivering product of a highest quality;
- Solid understanding of Agile;
- Practical experience in SQL.

Nice to have:

- Experience working with 3rd party vendors and offshore teams;
- Mobile testing experience;
- Web Services testing;
- E-Commerce-related projects experience.
